We started to use Datalek in 2004 as one of our 5 sub contractors that we would outsource installations to. Overtime it was soon noticed by Account Managers and Project Managers that Datalek continually out performed the other sub contractors on both quality and reliability.

Account managers wwould specifically request that their orders be processed to Datalek because of the confidence and relationships that had been built over many installations.

In 2006, Senior Management decided that Datalek would be offered exclusivity of all of our installations as recognition of their past installations. To this day, Datalek are still our single Installation Sub Contractor and we look forward to working in partnership on future projects.

Being a supplier of IT and EPOS solutions to the retail industry inevitably leads to large projects and rollouts. As installation Manager one of my rolls involves the scheduling of installations and the procurement of Sub Contractors when our own pool of Field Engineers can not accommodate all the installations.

Finding good Sub Contractors who you both rely on and trust to represent your company on customer sites can be a precarious process. We have been using Datalek to supplement our own resource or to supply teams to work unaided since 2003 and have always found them to be both reliable and trustworthy, offering a high standard of workmanship whilst keeping to our tight installation schedules.

Over time we have built a good working relationship with Datalek and look forward to working together on future projects.
